As a shop-front employee in fast food, you play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of a fast food establishment. Your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service while preparing and serving food quickly and accurately. You'll work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a positive experience for customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Service:_
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, using the POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally, providing assistance and solutions as needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering orders promptly and accurately.
- Food Preparation:_
- Prepare food items according to standardized recipes and procedures.
- Cook, grill, fry, or assemble food products as per customer requests.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed at all times.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, restocking as necessary.
- Cleanliness and Maintenance:_
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Follow sanitation procedures for food handling, equipment, and utensils.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to management promptly.
- Team Collaboration:_
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Communicate effectively with other staff to fulfil customer orders efficiently.
- Assist coworkers in various tasks as needed, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $21.38 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
