Job Description:
As a Technical Architect, you will play a key role in shaping the technology strategy and architecture for our ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-level strategies and roadmaps to optimize the platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
You will be accountable for establishing, maintaining, and executing best practices in ServiceNow architecture development, ensuring governance processes drive solution quality and meet organizational standards.
Our ideal candidate will contribute to the development and enforcement of ServiceNow design principles, standards, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with IT and business strategies while reducing technical debt and optimizing platform performance.
Key responsibilities include leading the design and development of ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, Security Operations, ensuring they are built according to business requirements, organizational standards, and IT strategy.
Hands-on ServiceNow platform development, including scripting, configuration, integration, and customization, is also essential to ensure solution feasibility and quality.
Investigating and recommending opportunities for platform optimization and innovation within ServiceNow is crucial to ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of industry trends while enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the platform.
Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Heads of Business Units and ServiceNow vendors, are necessary to ensure alignment on architecture direction and platform priorities.
Providing expert guidance and technology advice to assist in the formulation of platform strategy, platform investments, and ServiceNow roadmap decisions is a critical aspect of this role.
