Solution Architect Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the strategic design and evolution of customer data platforms.

About this role:

  • Architect end-to-end customer and marketing data solutions across CRM, MDM, Salesforce, APIs, and event-based systems.
  • Lead the design of customer master data solutions – including survivorship, identity resolution, and golden record logic.
  • Demonstrate expertise in architecting data solutions using platforms such as Redshift or Databricks, with a strong command of advanced data modelling techniques.
  • Enable data stewardship, consent management, and PII compliance through scalable architecture.
  • Support real-time integration between systems like Kafka, MuleSoft, and other enterprise applications.
  • Define platform patterns and guardrails aligned to strategic data models.
  • Create architecture views using ArchiMate methodology.

About you:

  • You have deep experience in solution architecture for customer & marketing data platforms, CRM, or enterprise integration.
  • You possess strong knowledge of customer data models, hierarchical relationships, and segmentation logic.
  • You are comfortable navigating complexity and leading cross-functional discussions with marketing, compliance, business, and technology teams.
  • You have experience in data & application architecture including AWS services, Databricks, and integration technologies.
  • You are familiar with security, consent frameworks, PII handling, and governance best practices.
