Responsibilities
Helping design everything from brand identity to pitch decks and related side projects.
Collaborating with creative leaders, writers, art directors, and senior designers who'll help you grow.
Contributing to radical work that helps brands stand out and grow.
Bringing fresh energy to the room.
What you should have
A collection of work that shows potential, curiosity, and style.
Basic skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
A good eye, strong work ethic and instincts, and a drive to figure things out.
A love for bold ideas and clean execution.
Interest in motion, 3D, or Figma.
A passion project or two.
An inclination to ask "what if we tried..." more than "what's the brief?"
