**The role**
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure Allianz Workers Compensation internal and external customer expectations are met through development of case management strategies tailored to the needs of individual injured workers that are designed to facilitate early return to work (RTW) and/or management of claim entitlements; appropriate and timely treatment and effective management of costs.
**You'll be responsible for**
- Provide a high level of Customer Service through focusing on delivering solutions that meet Customer needs and expectations.
- Ensure all internal and WorkSafe standards are met for claim processing measures, including mail management and accounts payment.
- Ensure that the customer service provided to our injured workers and employers is pro-active and of a high quality that meets Allianz defined standards
- Ensure all claims' related queries are responded to in a timely manner in accordance with service levels.
- Ensure correct determination of liability and compensation entitlements utilising WorkSafe tools and internal resources. RTW driven across claims via MDT process, and terminations identified and completed where appropriate.
