**What is the role?**

This role requires research primarily via the telephone, plus other trusted sources, for descriptive information on a variety of data for our commercial construction clients. The data sourced needs to be accurate, relevant and timely for our customers. Information is sourced on commercial projects both with local councils, industry professionals and private developers, maintaining and building relationships with contacts in these industries.

**What will you be doing?**

We are looking for a Researcher to join a team that works across the Construction industry, contributing to updating the progress of commercial projects from initial stages through to construction. You will create and update commercial construction projects each and every day that, in turn, provides leads and opportunities for the subscribers that use it, to make new connections and grow their business.

- Excellent ability to communicate and work with technical and non-technical people
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Exceptional skills in partnering with clients/ staff and in developing and maintaining long term supportive relationships
- Ability to assess the effectiveness of processes and procedures, and recommend improvements
- Assist with the delivery of solutions end to end and ensuring customer outcomes are delivered
