**Graduate Paralegal**

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to utilise your legal education to join us as a Paralegal in the Estate Planning team at our Perth office. Your key purpose will be to provide legal and administrative support to the Senior Estate Planning Lawyer at our Perth office and on occasion, to the wider national Estate Planning team.

**The role's purpose is to**:
Support the Senior Estate Planning Lawyer by:

- providing administrative and office support;
- communicating with clients to arrange appointments and follow up progress of their matter;
- ensuring client data is maintained and is accurate;
- administering general file management, including accurately managing the archival, retrieval and recording of client files, both hard and soft copies;
- witnessing the execution of Estate Planning documents; and
- updating precedents as required and directed.

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Experience in the legal, trustee company or finance industries or related field
- High-level level organisational skills
- Awareness of corporate collaboration and client sensitivities (e.g. around communication, documentation and records)
- Proficient computer skills, particularly MS Office suite and Salesforce (desirable)
- Completion of paralegal studies or a legal or related university degree either completed or near to completion
