Learn more at Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of our top hammer tools and their applications to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.Sales Strategy: Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and expand market share.Market Analysis: Research on competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to close deals and secure long-term contracts.Customer Support: Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence through our CRM database.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company goals and customer needs.QualificationsExperience: Previous experience in the mining, quarry or aggregates sector.Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work autonomously whilst understanding your role and responsibilities to a global organisation.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with top hammer drilling tools, civil, quarry and aggregate drilling equipment, and industry standards an added advantage.
