As a Disability Support Worker at Bamara, you will play a vital role in providing support to individuals under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in Dubbo.

Desired Skills and Experience Previous experience in providing support and care for individuals with disabilities (highly regarded).

Ability to communicate effectively with people with disabilities, their families, and support networks.Demonstrated understanding of person-centred approaches to disability support.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.Capability to assist with daily living activities and personal care tasks.Understanding of safeguarding and promoting the rights of people with disabilities.Availability and willingness to work varying shifts including weekends, evenings, overnights, mornings, and normal business hours.Certification in First Aid.Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred).
