**The role**

This role will be responsible for all commercial management - budget setting and delivery, P&L management, staff hiring and management, client acquisition and account management, and development of excellent talent pools and post placement support. As the business grows dividends will become available to you as will equity parcels resulting in a considerable equity percentage for future wealth creation.

**Who you will be**
You will be an experienced recruitment team manager ready to own part of a business - to not only make your employer money building their business but also create wealth for yourself. Having equity is different to being an employee - it is a long term game which will move you to the next step on your finanical ladder.

You will need to have recruitment experience, and preferably work in the markets our client works in - architecture, interiors, design, creative or built but you can be offshore or interstate - we are looking for a recruitment manager excited by ownership and growth. You will be someone who not only can grow a business, but can enrich a culture not only locally but by working with your interstate and overseas colleagues. You will be part of the senior leadership team so your voice will be heard and your ideas implemented.

**The rewards**
The right person for this role will see the reward is the opportunity - equity to own and be accountable for your own brand in Brisbane. A good base is also being given, as is quarterly commission and in time, dividends and equity packages.
