**Requirements**:
**Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include**:
- Managing a team of appointment setters
- Coaching and mentoring the team to maximise performance
- Recruitment
- KPI management (self and team) to ensure targets are met
- Quality assurance to enhance the customer experience
- Confirming appointments
- Effectively collaborate with the General Manager and technical specialists to identify opportunities and deliver solutions for the business.
- Proficient CRM data management for effective lead generation
- Allocation of leads and organisation of CRM to the highest standard
- Organising regional and/or interstate schedules
- Communicating with potential new prospects to enhance revenue for the business.

**About You**
To be considered, you will need to demonstrate:
- Previous experience managing a team in an outbound call centre environment, ideally in outbound sales
- Proven ability to manage and motivate your team
- Excellent communication skills
- Pro-active, personable and highly motivated
- The ability to work autonomously
- Strong computer skills
- Organised, punctual and reliable personality
- Must be able to generate leads (if you cannot walk the walk, you CANNOT talk the talk)
- Available Monday-Friday 10 am till 6 pm
