Working for a prominent National business, reaching every household in WA, you will be a critical factor in their success. They are at the peak in their industry, which attracts a workforce that matches their performance.

Working closely with the GM of People and Performance, you are a part of a HR team of eight. There is great opportunity for professional development, be it working with leaders and innovators in the industry, or attending courses and events to learn.

The workforce is large and varied with employees across multiple awards and job positions (think shift workers, to standard business hours, to everything in between), so there will be a lot of variety in the people you work with.

**WHAT ARE YOU IN FOR?**

You will be the right-hand to the General Manager - People & Performance, so will have the opportunity to work with one of the best. Act as their support on projects including systems, processes and various other HR related requirements. The opportunity here to upskill is large.

You will act as a sounding board for the People & Performance team and focus on the day-to-day to allow the GM to focus on strategy. This includes engaging with Executives, having tough conversations and providing sound HR advice.

In order to be set for success, we require someone who is an experienced HR generalist with experience in a similar role.

You need to be commercially minded but also work with passion, care and kindness for your people. We are seeking a cheerleader, who leads by example and is a strong representative of everything a great employee is.

You must be an exceptional communicator who can build trust easily and understands the importance of HR getting close, but not too close to employees.
