**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Senior Director - Mobiles the National Operations Manager is responsible to Lead and oversee operational activities at every level of the program. The duties include onboarding and training of subcontractors and managing quality assurance programs. The operations manager also strategizes process improvements to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule.Develop and own the processes and procedures used by the team, based on best practice for the industry. Develop documentation related to the programs work processes which is up to date and accurately reflects the day to day running of the team. Organise and prioritise workload Lead internal projects to improve efficiency
