**Field Service Technician Responsibilities / Experience & Qualifications**
- Relevant Australian trade qualification or equivalent experience
- Carrying out onsite and inhouse service and repairs
- Diagnosing and fault finding
- Devising test procedures and supervising test activities
- Completion of all paperwork relating to the completion of jobs, including timesheets, service reports and other required information.
- Undertaking travel where required to client and customer locations
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Excellent time management skills
- Physically and mentally fit for daily challenges and continual deadlines
- Adaptable and able to display a high level of integrity, honesty, reliability and confidentiality at all times
- Current forklift ticket and a manual driver licence essential

Product knowledge in earthmoving attachments will be an advantage, as is an understanding of hydraulics, motors and electrical circuits.

**Please note**: This role will include travel where required to client and customer locations to deliver or service equipment (This may include overnight stays where the distance is considerable)
