- Information Systems and Technology (IST) compromises of Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology _
- (OT) at Talison deals with technologies that can improve control and decision making associated with operations, _
- maintenance and support services. The strategy is to develop clear outcomes for IT and OT projects based on close _
- consultation with stakeholders and an excellent understanding of the technology capabilities and limitations. _
- IST remit includes selection, implementation and support of data production systems and process control systems _
- (PCS), PCS and data standards, OT servers and network, IT& OT cybersecurity, data systems and PCS stand-alone _
- projects and OT component of large projects such as new plants and expansions. As well as support end users with _
- required hardware and software, networking and user support. _

**About the Role**
This newly created role will be a vital part of the new IST Project Support Team.
- The IST Project Support team, compromises of Change Management, Project Management and

IST business analysis. This team supports a large number of internal and external IST projects.
- This role is based in Perth; however, occasional travel to Site in Greenbushes will be required.
- This role would appeal to an experienced administrator or someone seeking a career path into

project management or studying towards a technological degree.

The role will:

- Take an active role in the continuous improvement and innovation of project administration

systems and processes
- Maintain project documentation
- Maintain accurate records via spreadsheets, databases and other record management systems
- Provide administration support such as compiling, editing and formatting reports.
- Report co-ordination, distribution and administration
- Liaise with the project teams to co-ordinate team dinners, catering, travel and accommodation
- etc.- Meeting co-ordination
- Provide project and administrative support to the project team
- Administrative functions for the Chief Information Officer
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required

Qualifications and Skills:

- High attention to detail in all that you do
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence in communicating with
- stakeholders at all levels- High level of initiative, organisational skills, ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Competent skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
- An eagerness to learn new skills; to jump in and support others along with a positive and
- motivated approach will ensure your success.- An interest in technology
