Two hatted restaurant Margaret Double Bay is on the hunt for accomplished supervisors, section waiters, runners, hosts and bartenders to join our highly skilled, diverse, and fun team of professionals.

Margaret Double Bay opened in October 2021 and has quickly become one of Sydney's busiest restaurants. Our main focus is our guests. We aim to provide friendly service; the highest quality produce Australia has to offer and a truly memorable experience. Neil believes that hospitality is a memory making business and we strive each and every day to create magical memories for our guests and our staff alike.

While experience is preferred, we are also happy to put the time in and train someone who is willing to give it a go and has the right attitude
- Experienced section waiters and runners with a strong knowledge and understanding of food and wine who can confidently run a section and who have a genuine passion and love for the hospitality industry.
- Host-Hostess presents a positive first impression of the establishment's friendliness, excellent service, and high standards. The Host-Hostess guests upon arrival, inform guests of their wait time, monitors a waiting list, enters Guest names into the computer system, shows guests to their table and bid guests farewell as they leave. Additionally, the host cares for our guests by refilling beverages and performs light housekeeping duties such as cleaning menus and ensures restrooms are clean, stocked, and orderly. As a member of an energetic team, the Host-Hostess may also need to answer the phones and assist the floor when needed.
- Experienced bartenders with a strong knowledge and understanding of food, wine, spirits, and cocktails, who has a genuine passion and love for the hospitality industry. This is also a great opportunity for a bar back looking to step up into a bartender role.

You will have access to weekly trainings, opportunity for career progression and the invaluable experience of working side by side with one of the industry's leading and most influential Chef's, Neil Perry AM.
