**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests promptly with a welcoming attitude.
- Provide menu recommendations and assist guests with their orders.
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Handle payments and operate the POS system efficiently.
- Professionally resolve guest complaints or issues.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a front-of-house role in a restaurant, preferably in an Indian or similar cuisine establishment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture is a plus.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
