Job Title: Front of House Staff

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Front of House Staff. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking customer orders and processing payments
  • Serving food and drinks
  • Setting up and cleaning tables
  • Restocking supplies as required
  • Cleaning dining and other front-of-house areas
  • Assisting with washing dishes and glassware

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
  • Availability to work a range of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
