**About the organisation**

**About the role**

As the General Manager, you will work closely with the CEO & wider Executive Management Team & be responsible for the day to day operations of the Allied Health, Aged Care & Disability Services they provide across VIC & NSW.

You will play a vital role in improving team engagement, business growth, performance, staff development & customer outcomes whilst also driving a culture of excellence throughout the company. You will be awarded the autonomy to affect change within the organisation, developing new strategies & initiatives from inception to support the strategic direction of the business and help a highly qualified team of healthcare professionals support individuals to reach their goals & potential on a daily basis.

**Key selection criteria**
- Demonstrated management experience in the health or human services industry
- Knowledge of regulatory framework & best practice for Aged Care, Allied Health & NDIS services
- Tertiary qualification in Allied Health preferred along with a business related qualification or industry relevant experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence both internal & external stakeholders
- Strong business & commercial acumen skills
- Demonstrated operational & team management experience
- Demonstrated experience in leading projects and delivering success within designated budgets & timeframes
