Care to Care provides **in-home assistance** to **Aged**and **Disabled clients**enabling them to live their lives independently in their own homes.
Our services include **Personal Care, Nursing Care, Domestic Assistance, Transportation, Companionship & Pastoral Care, In-Home Respite and Light Gardening**.

We are looking for experienced **Aged and/or Disability Support Workers** to join our team to look after our clients in the **Yeronga & Cooparoo**with shifts available in the surrounding areas.

Main Responsibilities:

- Assist with Personal Care
- Provide Domestic Assistance
- Provide companionship and support clients with social activities
- Assist clients with transportation to appointments, etc.
- Meal preparation
- Assist Clients with medication

Key requirements:

- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent
- Well presented, reliable and resilient
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Current unrestricted driver's license
- Assist clients with medication unit (desirable - or willing to obtain)
- Blue and yellow card/NDIS Workers screening check or willing to obtain
- Comprehensive car insurance
- COVID 19 & Flu Vaccination

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $40.84 - $73.51 per hour

**Experience**:

- Aged/Disability Care: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (preferred)
- Driver's licence (preferred)
- First Aid/CPR (preferred)
