
Receptionist/Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist clients in a warm and professional manner
- Manage appointment bookings and scheduling using our CLINIKO booking system
- Process payments through HICAPS and other payment systems
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist therapists with administrative tasks as needed
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role
- Proficiency with HICAPS and CLINIKO systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- A friendly and positive attitude
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
