Benefit from established resources and a supportive network About the Role:We're expanding our team and seeking two new Internal Sales team members to join us.
Your responsibilities will include: Customer Service: Serve trade customers at the counter and respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
Prepare and follow up on quotes and assist with aftersales Drive Engagement: Oversee customer training and collaborate with suppliers on trade events Admin Support: Handle order processing, maintain accurate records, and assist with general branch administration to keep operations running smoothly Versatile Duties: Be involved with merchandising, re-stocking products Location: Full-time branch-based role in Caringbah - Monday to Friday hours About You: Previous Experience: Ideally, you will have previous customer service, admin or sales experience Team Player: You are easygoing, enjoy working in a close-knit team, and thrive in a collaborative environment Proactive & Positive: You take initiative, bring a strong work ethic, and approach challenges with a can-do attitude Career-Focused: You're seeking a company where you can grow and build your career Physically Capable: Comfortable handling and moving large products Licenses: Current drivers license Work rights: Australian/NZ citizen or resident Ready to join?
