The Rostering Clerk will be responsible for providing clerical support for the day-to-day operational management for all sites within ONCALL QLD.
**Shifts on Offer**: 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm.
In this role you can expect to be the:
- Direct point of contact for employees in relation to roster management.
- Manage rostering for sites and individual client supports, shift swaps and any other roster changes daily.
- Develop and maintain a good rapport with staff and stakeholders.
- Respond to and appropriately manage employee queries in regard to their rosters.
We value:
- Previous rostering experience - highly valued.
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service/call centre environment
- Good communication skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to negotiate and manage stakeholders.
- Strong IT skills (including Microsoft Office and Database experience).
Mandatory:
- Willing to obtain/already obtained NDIS blue and yellow cards.
- Right to work in Australia.
