Position Overview: As an Online English Teacher for Kids, you will play a pivotal role in helping young learners develop their language skills through engaging and interactive online lessons. You will be responsible for delivering fun and effective English lessons, focusing on reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. Our curriculum is designed to be engaging, dynamic, and age-appropriate to ensure a positive learning experience for our students. **Our curriculum is aligned with CEFR standards.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct online English lessons for children aged 4 to 16, using our provided curriculum and materials.
- Create good study materials for the students.
- Create an engaging and supportive learning environment that motivates and inspires young learners.
- Utilize interactive teaching methods, incorporating multimedia resources to enhance the learning experience.
- Evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback and support to students and parents.
- Monitor and track student attendance, participation, and performance.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and the curriculum development team to continuously improve teaching materials and methodologies.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in English language teaching for children.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in teaching English as a second language to children, preferably in an online setting.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Passionate about working with children and creating a positive learning experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using online teaching platforms and educational tools.
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to adhere to a set teaching schedule.
