**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Safety Compliance: Ensure workplace adherence to safety regulations and standards.
- Incident Reporting: Aid in reporting and investigating workplace incidents and accidents.
- Training Programs: Contribute to developing and delivering safety training for employees.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and assess workplace hazards to enhance safety measures.
- Emergency Preparedness: Support the development and maintenance of emergency response plans.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety documentation.
- Safety Inspections: Participate in routine safety inspections and audits.
- Safety Culture: Actively promote a positive safety culture within the organization.
- Local and Interstate Travel: Occasional travel for safety assessments and support across various sites.
- Adaptability: Learn and adapt to evolving WHS regulations and best practices.

**Whats Needed**:

- 1-3 Years in WHS or similar role
- Certificate IV in WHS
- Availability for occasional local and interstate travel.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proactive, adaptable, and a team player with a genuine passion for workplace safety.
