Join a well-known retailer that takes safety seriously but knows how to have fun. In this role, you'll be responsible for keeping the teams safe and healthy while ensuring the workplace is fun and engaging.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Manage the responsibilities for health, safety, wellbeing, workers' compensation and rehabilitation
- Coordinate WHS activities across the different locations and contribute to the development and implementation of plans regarding key health and safety strategies
- Develop safety targets and KPIs and support the development and implementation of strategies to achieve those targets
- Provide training and guidance for work health and safety committees and coordinate their reporting requirements to ensure they have the skills to identify risks, operate and report effectively
- Create collaborative working relationships with all business unit teams

**Ideally, you'll have**:

- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a dedicated role in Health and Safety/Worker's Compensation
- Qualifications in WHS/return to work (must have)
- Must have a valid NSW Licence
- Good knowledge of WHS legislation, standards and codes of practice to ensure compliance across all states and territories
