**About the Role**:
We currently have an exciting new role for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Trend Brands team in Melbourne Reporting to the Head of Trend Brands, you will understand the mindsets and capture the imaginations of new and existing consumers, in-store team, business leaders, and business partners across Autry, Superga, Sebago, Kappa, Palladium & Sneaker LAB
This role conceptualizes, leads, and implements the brand marketing strategy for brand, retail, wholesale, social and digital communications. As the key marketing concept within the region, they will be the conduit between global and local marketing teams.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, CRM & Loyalty and Creative.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
- Set, monitor and report on team and campaign goals/results.
- Ensure brand message is consistent across all channels and marketing efforts.
- Manage and ensure effective execution of the marketing calendar across all channels of the business.
- Liaise with all brand principles to effectively launch new products and global campaigns.
- Leverage brand partner marketing contributions to achieve desired results.
- Manage and execute end-to-end activity for all brand, retail, and product campaigns.
- Execute all in-store product campaigns including the end-to-end management of window campaigns, paid social, in-store digital screens, bespoke installations, and activations.
- Oversea and inspire content strategy for Trend International Brands Digital, Social and Blog.
- Manage all Market led Trade events including but not limited to Sale, Black Friday and Afterpay.
- Improve and manage Team Engagement and product knowledge through internal communications, competitions, incentives, and events.
- Work closely with the Global brand teams and external suppliers, to drive important relationships.
- Drive and create detailed campaign briefs, timelines, budgets and manage execution and delivery for allocated customers.
- Manage the execution of store opening events including pre-promotion, opening events and advertising.
**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:
- Demonstrated 10+ years in a similar brand marketing role
- Passionate about Digital, Retail, Trade events, and Local Area Marketing
- Creative, Strategic and Analytical approach whilst being innovative and a problem solver
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of team, taking direction from multiple stakeholders
- Highly self-driven with initiative to be hands-on to support wider team
- Excellent Analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Powerpoint, and Microsoft Suite
- Design skills are a plus but not essential
- Confidence presenting in front of small and large internal teams
