**About the Role...**

We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly and well-presented Gaming Room Attendants to ensure a high level of customer service is offered to our members and guests.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing prompt, friendly customer-focused advice and assistance to members and guests on machine and loyalty system operations, including carrying out minor repairs and machine maintenance.
- Provide food and beverage services to gaming patrons quickly and efficiently.
- To handle all cash and gaming-associated transactions efficiently, ensuring the security of cash and the privacy of member details at all times
- Maintain a clean, organised environment free of any hazards

**About you**

**To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following**:

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work as a team
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with a range of different people
- Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision
- a solutions-focused mindset and the skills necessary to troubleshoot problems as needed
- A great work ethic with an honest and genuine approach to getting the job done
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including days, nights and weekends

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 1-2 years of gaming experience
- Current Qld RSA and RSG
- Experience in TAB, Keno, Bar and Reception would be advantageous
