We are an independent Medical Imaging practice located All over Australia with a strong focus on patient care. We are now looking a Radiology receptionist for our state of the art practices in Butler WA.

Services we offer include CT, X-ray, Ultrasound and interventional procedures.

**About the role**

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our growing administration team. In Butler WA. You will be delivering high quality patient focused customer service.

**Duties include**:

- Answering phones and handling enquires / bookings
- Providing information on procedures and any required preparation.
- Combining patients reports and images.
- Working closely with technical staff and the radiologist to achieve smooth patient flow.
- Liaising referrers.
- Typing medical reports.
- Experience with Kestral (Karisma).
- Experience with medical typing

**Skills and experience**
- Excellent knowledge of Medicare - including eligibility criteria, and billing.
- Outstanding customer service.
- Enthusiastic, pleasant personality.
- Excellent team player.
- Good IT skills.
- Ability to work under stress
- Experience with Kestral (Karisma).
- Experience with medical radiology typing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
