**O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing Rowville** specializes in providing LED Lighting and Solar products to business customers. The products we offer to our customers are market-leading in a RED HOT industry. We are priced very sharply and can do so due to our large buying power - there is a huge opportunity to close massive amounts of sales.

**TEAM LEADER POSITION**
- We are after an experienced Team Leader that understands the Business to Business
Market and Door to Door sales.
- The role requires the successful applicant to organize
territory, coach, and mentor staff while growing staff and sales numbers.

**The successful applicant must have**:

Leadership and door to door sales experience**
- ** Strong understanding of how to allocate & manage turf**
- ** Strong ability to build a high performing culture**
- ** Strong sales & coaching ability**
- ** Strong ability to recruit quality sales staff**
