**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Lead Complex Claims**: Take charge of ISR, complex commercial property, and large loss claims from start to finish, ensuring meticulous assessment and settlement.
- **Client Communication**: Be the go-to expert for our insured clients and brokers. Simplify policy responses and clearly explain how settlements are achieved.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work alongside a talented team of Claims Officers. We believe in supporting each other to handle claims efficiently and effectively.
- **Insightful Feedback**: Provide valuable insights to Underwriters and Claims Managers, identifying issues and potential risks to enhance our service.
- **Keep Everyone Informed**: Offer regular updates to Brokers and Customers about their claims. Maintain transparency, including any declinatures, and actively seek feedback to improve our service.
- **Tech Savvy**: Utilize our advanced computer systems to manage claims efficiently.
- **Coverage Expertise**: Assess contract coverage thoroughly, including indemnity, legal liability, and quantum issues.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Experienced Professional**: Extensive experience in managing commercial property claims, with a strong background in ISR claims.
- **Technical Know-How**: Deep understanding of material damage and business interruption claims.
- **Customer Service Star**: Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
- **Qualified and Driven**: Ideally, you're completing or have completed ANZIIF studies (or an equivalent qualification).
- **Decisive and Strategic**: Strong decision-making skills to navigate complex claims and provide effective solutions.
