Join CSC as an Intra-fund Financial Planner, where you'll provide high-quality, personal financial advice that truly makes a difference in customers' lives.This is a work-from-home role with advice delivered primarily via video conferencing - giving you flexibility and balance in your day.
You'll assess customers' financial situations and provide strategic superannuation advice that aligns with regulations and best practices.Key Responsibilities:Deliver personal, intra-fund financial advice in line with legal and regulatory frameworksParticipate in professional development activities and maintain certifications and licenses required for the roleContribute to team discussions and foster a positive, collaborative work environmentAchieve key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, compliance, and appointment targetsMaintain effective relationships with key contacts and relevant third parties (e.g. Internal Stakeholders and Licensee) to produce successful business results.Working with Customer Group leaders to develop and deliver regular reporting across teamsSupporting ad hoc projects and initiatives as requiredWhat we're looking for Australian Financial Services (AFS) license or authorised representative statusContinuing Professional Development (CPD) activities to ensure skills and knowledge are update, accurate and comply with regulatory requirementsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to membersA demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with a diverse range of peopleCommitment to high standards of professionalism and complianceFull time, permanent positionFlexible/hybrid working arrangementsBe part of a supportive team committed to professional growth and successOpportunity to provide meaningful advice to customers, helping them make the most of their superannuationChance to travel and represent CSC at industry seminars and eventsWhat you'll get in return A career where you belongAt CSC, we're committed to more than super - we're committed to people.
