Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide high-quality financial advice and planning services to clients. This is a fixed-term contract role based in one of our locations: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Perth.

The successful candidate will have the ability to build strong relationships with clients, understand their financial needs, and provide personalized advice and guidance. They will engage with clients through various communication channels, including phone, webchat, or video conference, and attend client sites for face-to-face consultations when required.

The role requires a deep understanding of the financial planning process, including intra-fund and non-intra fund advice. The successful candidate will identify clients' financial planning needs and provide the right level of service accordingly, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a financial planner
  • Experience in customer service, with a focus on delivering outstanding client outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex financial concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Proficiency in financial planning software
