This is a high-impact role where your expertise will directly influence the calibre of talent joining Crown Resorts.In this role, you willOwn the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing through to offer management—for a diverse range of corporate rolesAttract and place top-tier talent that aligns with Crown's strategic goalsLead the delivery of recruitment processesPartner closely with Senior Hiring Managers, providing expert guidance and support throughout the selection processChampion a proactive sourcing strategy, leveraging multiple channels to build strong talent pipelinesCultivate strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and develop deep expertise in your recruitment portfolioAdvocate for and promote Crown's end-to-end Talent Acquisition model across the businessYou'll bringExtensive experience in senior-level recruitment within an internal Talent Acquisition functionA proven ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders with confidence and credibilityDemonstrated success in proactive sourcing, talent pooling, and forecasting recruitment needsStrong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsA detail-oriented, process-driven approach with excellent time managementA deep understanding of the corporate landscape, business strategy, and organisational dynamicsAdditional informationApplications Close: Tuesday 9th September 2025What you can expect from us: On top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
