**Receptionist (Part-time) (VIC)**

**About the role and you**

The role of Receptionist is the face of SEN. We are requiring a well-spoken and positive individual who is confident, well presented, exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills, initiative and the ability to multi-task whilst on the telephone. This is a fast-paced role, offering diverse tasks and liaising with all levels of the organisation.

For clarity, this is a part time role for 2 days per week.

**Duties include**:

- Making sure our visitors are cared for, feel welcome and part of the SEN team.
- Planning for in-house events, such as catering, audio-visual requirements and hosting;
- Coordinate general office tasks and administrative tasks as directed;
- General typing of proposals, presentations and correspondence; and
- Organising travel for staff and talent.
