A lovely family located in **Frankston** is seeking a caring, responsible and experienced long-term **nanny** to join their household. The role involves caring for two children: a 3-year-old and an 8-week-old.

Ongoing days and hours as follow:

- Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 8am - 4pm (flexibility required)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide attentive, nurturing, and safe care for two children.
- Manage daily routines, including meals, naps, hygiene, and play.
- Prepare and organise meals and snacks for the children.
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming household environment through regular housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, tidying, organisation).
- Maintain open, respectful, and regular communication with the parents about the children's needs, development, and schedules.
- Provide flexibility to adapt to changes in routine, including occasional evening babysitting or support on weekends when required.
- Extensive hands-on experience caring for infants in a home setting, with a focus on safety, nurturing, and developmental support.
- Comfortable balancing childcare responsibilities with household management duties.
- Confident driver with a valid driver's licence and own car.
- Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Warm, positive, and engaging personality with excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate the family's needs.
- Highly reliable and consistently punctual, with a strong commitment to showing up when scheduled.
