Hours: 10 pm - 6 am

Days: Wednesday to Sunday

Children: Twins, 6 weeks old

Pay: $45 - $55 ph

- Preferred with midwifery certification or newborn nurse

Our active and busy Croydon Park family is seeking an experienced and qualified newborn night nanny who is attentive, nurturing, active, patient, compassionate, and reliable in providing high-quality care to the babies. The ideal nanny should possess extensive experience in caring for newborn babies, particularly twins, and ideally have a background or experience akin to midwifery or newborn nursing. This includes expertise in providing specialized care, such as feeding, soothing, and monitoring newborns' health and development.

During evening shifts, the nanny's duties will include changing nappies, bottle feeding, ensuring proper burping, and facilitating the babies' transition to sleep. Additionally, the night nanny will sterilize bottles for subsequent feedings, manage the babies' laundry, including washing and folding, and handle any ad hoc errands as needed.

Nanny Duties & Responsibilities include:

- Taking care of the babies at night
- Building a strong relationship with the babies and the family
- Ensuring a safe and hygienic environment
- Preparing feeding bottles for the babies
- Undertaking additional/occasional duties when requested
- Maintaining all aspects of the care routine for the babies

To apply, you MUST have the following experience, attitude, and qualifications:

- Preferred with Midwifery Certification or newborn Nurse
- Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain ASAP)
- A minimum of 5+ years' experience working full-time with children
- A minimum of 2 Australian-based child-related references
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain ASAP)
- Current National Criminal Record Check
- Excellent communication skills

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
