The ideal F&B supervisor will lead our Ladies and Gentlemen during dinner service at our award-winning restaurant Atria and create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
This dynamic and rewarding role requires a high level of flexibility, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to multitasking.
Please note that this role requires work rights in Australia to be considered.
Responsibilities
Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and supervise the restaurant service period (PM - Dinner Operation) tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
Create unforgettable memories for our guests throughout the complete gastronomical experience
Be an empowering leader by providing motivation and support to your department's Ladies and Gentlemen
Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings
Plan and execute team-building activities for our associates as they are our most important assets
Qualifications
An up-to-date RSA
Nighttime availability (5pm-12am)
Relevant experience in a supervisory role
Working rights in Australia
