Job Description
We're looking for a bartender to join our energetic team at our rooftop bar.
In this role, you'll work in a busy, fast-paced venue, curating amazing cocktails and providing a standout experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks with consistency and flair.
Engage with guests in a warm, confident, and attentive manner to deliver exceptional customer service.
Set up and pack down the bar each shift, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and stock readiness.
Assist with stock rotation, inventory, and reporting low stock or supply needs.
Support special events and activations hosted at Mid Air, contributing ideas and energy.
Stay current with bar trends, seasonal offerings, and signature cocktails.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender in a high-volume or premium venue.
Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktails, and bar techniques.
Confident and engaging interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Attention to detail and a passion for presentation and service excellence.
Current Victorian RSA Certificate
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
