**The Opportunity**

Due to continued growth, we are seeking energetic, safety conscious, system savvy Warehouse Team Leader to join our dynamic and friendly team at our busy warehouse located in Lidcombe. The opportunitie exist to lead, drive and coach the following newly created Business Solutions Team.

Reporting to the respective Team Manager, you will lead, train and motivate your team across multiple tasks and projects.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Ensure a safe and compliant workplace, meeting all standards across: CoR, DG handling, MHE use, manual handling as well as all relevant workplace health and safety legislation and guidelines
- Lead the team in achieving Service Excellence creating the highest standard of customer experience
- Motivate and mentor the team to ensure productivity targets are met
- Support the Team Manager in labour planning and employee review processes
- Oversee the completion of all picking and packing tasks to achieve next day or other agreed promise date of order and delivery
- Effectively coordinate with all teams in the Warehouse; Inbound, Inventory, Production, Outbound and Business Solutions
- Ensure standard warehouse operating procedures are followed
- Ensure timelines are adhered to regarding employee review and learning and development processes
- Encourage active Reward and Recognition

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to manage and motivate a team of store people/drivers in a busy warehouse environment that deals with fast moving products at high volume.

You will display the following attributes:

- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar supervisory role in a fast-moving warehouse environment
- Experience of working with a Tier 1 WMS; SAP, Manhattan, or Microlistics
- Hands-on leadership experience
- Exceptional organisational skills and time management skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Reliable, punctual and able to work under pressure
- Current forklift licence preferred but not essential
