About the Role

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of warehouse and distribution employees. This role is based in Norwest, NSW, and is a Full-Time Onsite position with no remote work options. Security clearances are required, so only Australian citizens can be considered.

What You'll Do
  • Determine work requirements and allocate duties to warehouse employees.
  • Liaise with the Warehouse Manager to organise receipt, storage, and dispatch of stock.
  • Ensure customer requirements regarding delivery, timing, and quantity are met by overseeing distribution operations.
  • Minimise transport costs by analysing and implementing procedures for optimal fleet utilisation.
  • Explain and enforce work safety policies and procedures to all warehouse staff.
  • Operate and maintain warehouse management systems for seamless stock tracking.
  • Provide guidance and advice to subordinates within established company policies to meet schedules and resolve technical issues.
What You'll Bring

Proficiency in warehouse management systems and ERP principles. Knowledge of Work Health and Safety legislation. Strong financial management skills, understanding the relationship between costs, utilisation, and project revenue. Ability to establish and ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance standards.
