The Vineyard Hotel is the ultimate destination for the whole family. We are currently transforming the venue through substantial renovations aimed at offering unparalled experiences to our customers. Renovation of our gaming room has already taken place and we are excited to offer a unique environment within the venue.

**Description**:
**About the Role**:
**Leadership**: As a part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated gaming staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting an environment where staff strive for excellence.

**Gaming Operations**: You will oversee the day-to-day operations and growth of the gaming room. Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.

**Customer Service**: Providing exceptional customer experience to ensure our customers keep coming back.

**Compliance**: Upholding all gaming regulations and laws and ensuring all team members are well versed on all NSW regulations.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be considered for the role**:

- You will demonstrate the ability to implement and champion the Venue's Responsible Gambling Code
- Have 2 years' experience as a Gaming Attendant
- Experience in supervising and performing gaming / wagering and cash handling duties
- Strong communication skills and passion to deliver a consistent, high-level guest experience
- Coordinate team development and trainings to ensure compliance and operational excellence
- Ability to detect problem gamblers and implement company procedures accordingly
- Current NSW RSA and RCG are essential.
