We currently have an exciting opportunity for Quality Lead to join our Food Safety & Quality team on an initial 12-month contract. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of food safety and quality programs and the coaching and development of the Food Safety & Quality Team at our Frozen manufacturing site in Colac, Victoria.

**_Note, this role will be based in Colac, Victoria_**

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Providing technical support and advice to the operations team on food safety and quality
- Lead external and internal food safety and quality audits to maintain regulatory, third-party and customer accreditations
- Ensure site food safety and quality monitoring and verification processes comply with Bulla, regulatory and customer standards
- Participation in the NPD processes
- Manage food safety and quality pre-requisite programs

**You will have**:

- Broad experience and knowledge of food safety and quality, preferably in a dairy manufacturing environment.
- Exceptional people coaching and development skills.
- Highly proactive, well developed technical acumen and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a food safety and quality role
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Minimum education requirement: Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline (preferred)
