**About the Role**

At Egis, we present an outstanding full-time two-year graduate program designed to cultivate a varied set of knowledge and skills. **We are seeking talented, motivated, and innovative Graduates to join our dynamic and high-performing Advisory team in Adelaide for 2026**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Project Support: Assist Senior Engineers in planning, designing, and executing engineering projects, preparing tenders, pre-qualifications, panel submissions.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data to support team decisions and project outcomes.
- Technical Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our engineering solutions are cutting-edge.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
- Problem Solving: Identify and solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

**What do we need from you**
- Recent graduate of a tertiary degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Commerce, Business, Marketing** or** double degree in Engineering / Business, Engineering / Finance, Engineering / Commerce etc.
- Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia
- Previous student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting environment highly desired
- Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries highly desired
- Possesses a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
- Are innovative thinkers and problem-solvers
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent rapport building skills and desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment
