Company ProfileInovor Technologies is an Australian company that works across Defence and space. From our Adelaide office, we design, build, and operate satellites, but our capabilities extend beyond that.

Why Choose Inovor's 2026 Defence Graduate Intake?We are looking for graduate Scientists or Engineers to join our Defence Modelling and Simulation Team as part of our 2026 Graduate Intake. You will have the opportunity to work across various Defence projects, contributing to our aerospace and maritime modelling, simulation, and electronic warfare work. You will have the chance to work across different teams and projects, alongside young and passionate colleagues in a welcoming team environment. You will be working with leading experts both from Inovor and our customers to work on projects that make a tangible impact to the Australian Defence Force.
You will be integrated within the project team from day one and will be provided with mentoring, learning opportunities, and time to grow your skills and knowledge.
The skills and experience that you will have the opportunity to develop in this role include:
· Strong technical foundations in modelling & simulation, radar systems, and electronic warfare, in aerospace and maritime domains.
· Applied problem-solving by developing and integrating models into simulation environments.
· Data analysis and interpretation, byusing synthetic and real-world trial data from electronic warfare systems to understand performance.
· Software and hardware integration, including working with FPGA development and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) testing environments.
· Communication skills, by preparing technical documentation and delivering presentations to clients and stakeholders.
· Systems engineering,with exposure to: testing and evaluation processes, and verification & validation.
· Stakeholder engagement, by working closely with our Defence partners to understand and meet their requirements.

Criteria – EssentialWe are seeking motivated graduates who are:
· Studying a relevant degree in Engineering, Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or other relevant field.
· Eligible for, or have an existing, Australian NV1 security clearance. To meet this, candidates must be Australian citizens.
· Completing their degree by the end of 2025, or with up to two courses remaining in 2026.
· An interest in a career within a growing Defence industry.
Criteria – DesirableIf you have even the smallest amount of experience in any of the following areas, we would love for you to apply.
· Software development in the languages we use: Python, C/C++, MATLAB, or Simulink.
· Statistics, data processing, data analysis, or machine learning.
· RF, signal processing, electro-optics, or photonics.
