This role is designed for an experienced civil infrastructure leader who will coordinate the planning, delivery, and maintenance of essential assets – from roads and drainage to pathways, bridges, boardwalks, and coastal structures.
Base pay range:A$118,806.00/yr - A$134,854.00/yr

Key responsibilities
Lead and mentor multidisciplinary field teams, driving a culture of excellence
Deliver projects that directly benefit the Noosa community every day
Manage budgets, contracts, procurement, and resources with autonomy
Play a key role in after-hours emergency response and disaster management
Work in a region recognised by UNESCO as a Biosphere Reserve – with world-class beaches, national parks, and hinterland right on your doorstep

You're a proven leader in civil infrastructure operations who thrives on variety, challenge, and impact.
