Infrastructure Support Professionals

The Facilities Services Branch is part of the Corporate Services division of a government department. It's a multi-disciplinary team that provides various services to the department's facilities and fleet.

Facilities Services Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver office fit-out projects in owned and leased facilities.
  • Plan and coordinate capital works, including modifications to court buildings and replacement of building equipment.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities in owned and leased facilities and property.
  • Manage departmental accommodation leases.
  • Provide fire safety advice across the department.
  • Coordinate fleet operations, including monitoring and reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for infrastructure construction projects and initiatives.
  • Assist with corporate reporting, including project reports and performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate procurement activities and contract management obligations.
  • Build relationships with delivery partners and key stakeholders.
  • Partner with service providers and stakeholders to document operational requirements and identify risks.
  • Implement and maintain administrative systems, including information documentation and retrieval.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including document coordination and meeting coordination.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to develop and coordinate project reporting spreadsheets and reports.
