We are recruiting for a casual waitstaff to join our culinary team at L'Americano Canberra. Located at Canberra Centre.

Be available from Wednesday to Sunday.

**The Role**
- 15 to 25 hours per week
- Wednesday to Sunday
- A La Carte Menu
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all services are provided at high standard
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of food and bars wine list and cocktail menu
- Hourly pay rates: M-F $28.46 / Sat $34.16 / Sun $39.85 plus super

**You**
- 1 - 2 years experience in a busy high end a la carte restaurant / hotel
- Able to carry 3 + plates
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Well presented with excellent inter-personal skills
- Enjoy working with high-end clientele
- A passion for food & beverage with good Australian wine knowledge
- Valid RSA
- Valid Australian Working Rights - student visas accepted

**About The Venue**

This restaurant is a premium coffee and food establishment situated onsite as part of the stunning Coco Republic showroom which specialises in high end furniture and design services. This will be a destination point providing quality fine food, offering lunch and dinner menu with a focus on simple Italian style food.

The Fresh Collective is a Sydney and Brisbane based hospitality group, delivering exceptional experiences and premium food and beverage events in venues throughout Australia & soon in NZ.
