We welcome applications from remote candidates and are committed to a flexible work environment About the team We are specialist in finance function transformation, CFO advisory services in Government, accounting change, financial management, transaction accounting advice, specialised finance outsourcing and Federal Government budget management matters.
To put it simply, we help our clients make their finance functions more efficient and effective.

We're looking for someone with: Qualifications in an accounting/finance degree and CA qualification or equivalent 5+ years of experience within accounting, finance or audit Experience working with a government accounting function would be highly desirable Excellent technical accounting skills with experience in applying accounting standards to government projects Skills in financial reporting, management accounting or budgeting A dedicated work ethic and a hunger for development opportunities Well-developed relationship management skills Excellent collaborative skills, precision thinking and a dedicated work ethic Strong excel skills including working with macros Proven ability to analyse, summarise and present large quantum of data Excellent skills delivering finance or accounting advisory projects or internal improvement activities Well-developed relationship management skills Strong experience in managing variety of stakeholders effectively, both externally and internally Experience in coaching and guiding other team members in applying tools, guidance and methodology in delivering projects Federal Government security clearance is desirable and will be required as part of the role Due to the client requirements, all candidates must undergo a security clearance and as such, only Australian citizens will be considered for this role.
