**About the role**
Our clients is looking for a proactive Human Resources Coordinators to support to their HR and Talent teams during their rapid period of growth. Reporting into the respective team leads, each role will:

- Generate employment contracts, support onboarding including gathering pre-employment documents
- Manage HR inbox
- Support hiring managers and employees with first level queries
- Support HRIS management and other ad hoc HR related initiatives

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will thrive in a fast paced but supportive environment. Your ability to manage stakeholders will be strong and you will enjoy providing administrative support across a high functioning team. You will also have:

- 1-2 years HR generalist or administration experience in a professional environment.
- Exceptional communication, coordination, and organisation skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide support across the business if needed.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to travel between Brisbane offices.
